  1. Just as you would expect from the Carolina Reaper this guy really brings heat to the party. Don’t let that deter you from mixing it with mayo and slathering it on a sandwich or even dabbing it straight on pretty much anything. This coulis will let you know exactly what it’s all about the second it touches your tongue but the flavor is miraculously not lost and frankly, is dumbfounding. This much heat with this much flavor is really a masterpiece.
